Please join Earth Matter NY with Dr. Samantha MacBride of Baruch College's Marxe School of International and Public Affairs and Dr. Lily Pollans of Hunter College's Urban Policy and Planning program in a discussion of systems approaches to implementing reuse in food service in to-go situations. We will showcase our work field testing how business owners, employees, customers, visitors, and the public at large view reuse, with implications for planning and program delivery.
